All qoutes 
Are free and not contractually binding.

Process
1 Quote requested by customer.
2 Quote with picture proof of finished product sent.

3 Any amendments to proof returned by customer.

4 Customer signs proof as confirmation of order with payment.

5 Manufacture of product (usually 1-2 wk depending on difficulty of project).

6 Delivered to customer.

Delivery

Currently we only post to the UK main land using parcel force with proof of delivery & tracking number provided.

Losses or Damages

Any loss or damages must be reported within 3 days of posting.

Refunds

No refunds will be given on mis-spelling or other non material errors, Refunds will only be issued after the product is returned to us & it is found to be different to the signed customer confirmation proof or damaged in transit. Less a £10 admin fee.
